1. Overview

PaperDraft.io (“PaperDraft”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-powered writing tool operated by IBLabs. By using our service you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

PaperDraft generates academic paper drafts using AI. Papers are starting points for you to edit, personalize, and submit only after making them your own. We do not guarantee that generated content is original, factually accurate, or free from errors.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use content generated by PaperDraft. You must comply with your institution’s academic integrity policies. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the submission of AI-generated content.

4. Accounts & Authentication

You must create an account to use PaperDraft. Authentication is handled by Auth0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments & Refunds

PaperDraft operates on a pay-per-paper model. Your first paper (up to 3 pages) is free. After that, pricing varies by academic level and page count. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis—contact us if you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of your paper.

6. Intellectual Property

Once purchased or downloaded (free tier), you own the generated paper content and may modify it freely. PaperDraft retains no rights to your generated papers. The PaperDraft brand, UI, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

PaperDraft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including academic penalties, loss of data, or inaccurate content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PaperDraft after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
